Bungalow Situation

 At Glebelands Holsworthy we and our neighbours are having roofing being done due a cold time of year.

We can not warm our bungalow due to a hole in spare room ceiling which has been like this for over 6 months.

Recently one of our neighbours fire alarm went off with no way of knowing how to turn off ,the out of hours service by Westward Housing does not seem to exist.I have complained and mentioned about bungalow s only being left with felt on in cold weather but seemed to be ignored by Westward Housing.

This is unfair and could affect the health of my neighbours who are lot older than me.

When I rang up feeling cold,told to heat one room and make a note of costs and may get a small amount of compensation which made me angry
