 My local chemist recently made a few mistakes 

Warning if you have a docket medication from a local chemist please check medication before taking it as I recently received mine 

Mistake s made 

Simvastatin 20mg -one put in Morning (it is a tablet for night) plus had another put in night 

Suspect given Tablet (Indapamide)declined to take and informed doctor in writing weeks ago, letter handed in to reception in person 

Metformin Only on Morning tablet on doctor s request due,one put in evening.

Plus apparently new rules I am on weekly medication docket medication due to controlled drugs policy although for 2 months had a monthly supply which contained controlled drugs.

So please be wary as you may know someone who is vulnerable or confused

Ps 

Have made a official complaint to Local Doctors due to risk of possibly of of overdose to vulnerable or confused patients
