Aging at present 62

Ageing at present 62 I go to the gym once a week due to costs and I do chest, shoulder, triceps, back, and bicep, and a bit of cardio at present I can do a full rack on the machines which go up to 90 kg on 2 and 80 kg on one, free weights I do from 16-30 kg sets of 5 on all. At home, I have a bicep curling bar which I use to deadlift 121lbs plus bar weight 4 sets of 5, Shoulder press from floor 88 lbs 4 sets of 5, leg squats 88 lbs 4 sets of 5 , hammer curls 44 lbs 4 sets of 5, 44 lbs one arm shoulder press 4 times 5. I do this on two separate days a week. I do a routine of wall press-ups due to arthritis in my knees, squats, stretching, and visualising routine. It's not the best I don't consider myself a strong man just someone who likes to lift weights
