Reset the poem
The world spins fast, a dizzying blur,
And sometimes, friend, you lose your stir.
The path you thought was straight and true,
Bends, breaks, and leaves you feeling blue.
The weight of worries, big and small,
Can build a dam, and make you fall.
The engine sputters, runs on fumes,
Lost in silent, shadowed rooms.
But don't despair, don't lose all hope,
There's strength inside, you just must cope.
A chance to breathe, a moment still,
To climb back up, against the hill.
Imagine now, a tiny seed,
Planted deep, a silent need.
It sheds its shell, its outer skin,
A brand new life, beginning within.
Like that small seed, you too can shed
The layers of the words unsaid,
The burdens carried, year by year,
The doubts and anxieties held so dear.
Think of a computer, old and slow,
Where programs crash, and data won't flow.
What do you do? You know the drill,
You hit the button, stand quite still.
A moment blank, a silent screen,
A chance for something fresh and keen.
A clean slate waits, a brand new start,
To heal the pieces of your heart.
So take a breath, a cleansing sigh,
And watch the old thoughts drift on by.
Forgive yourself for yesterday,
Embrace the chance to find a way.
Unplug the noise, the constant hum,
Let quiet peace and comfort come.
Turn off the screen, the endless scroll,
And listen to your beating soul.
Remember joys that used to be,
The laughter shared, the wild and free.
Find beauty in the simplest things,
The robin's song, the butterfly's wings.
Perhaps a walk in morning light,
Will chase away the lingering night.
Or sketching shapes upon the page,
Will help you turn a brand new page.
Maybe a chat with someone dear,
To quell your worries, dry your tear.
Or losing yourself in music's grace,
Will help you find your happy place.
No need to rush, no need to stride,
Just take small steps, with gentle guide.
Each tiny change, a victory won,
A brighter future, just begun.
